PLGIC Employee Engagement Recognition Program


The PLGIC Employee Engagement Recognition Program is built as a way to recognize the engagement and participation of our employees in Company-sponsored events and activities for Y2018. This program runs from January 15, 2019 until March 31, 2019 (and may be put on hold at any date earlier as required by the Corporation).


ELIGIBILITY


  1. All direct-hired PLGIC employees are eligible to participate.
  2. Agency-hired employees belonging to certain job group may also be eligible to participate as determined by HR.
  3. Only active PLGIC employees are eligible to participate. Membership of separated employees or with pending resignation may be put on hold.
  4. PLGIC consultants, senior advisors, or agents may also be eligible to participate as determined by Management.
  5. This Program only applies to employees based in Makati (Sage and Cattleya), Villamor, WGlobal, Maranaw, Malate.

PROGRAM


  1. Member will receive an official sign up e-mail instructions to activate or verify their membership. Member must activate his/her account to participate.
  2. All information in this portal will be used for the purpose of this Program alone.
  3. Earned points are based on the member’s level of engagement/participation in the Company-sponsored events and activities for Y2018.
  4. The points earned can be used to redeem items posted in the site catalogue.
  5. Member can choose any item(s) based on his/her awarded points.
  6. Member may “chop-up” their points and redeem several items he/she can afford.
  7. Items will be delivered to the office address assigned by PLGIC HR. Releasing of items will be through the designated personnel assigned by HR as reflected below:

  8. Standard delivery lead time is 7 business days for a Metro Manila and 12 business days for provincial locations. Point person(s) shall be informing the employees concerned once items are ready for release.
  9. It is the responsibility of the member to check if item delivered is in good condition. If ordered item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery then this can be replaced at no cost to the member. If ordered item was damaged due to the negligence or fault of the member, then he/she should coordinate directly with the merchant for warranty and servicing. Any costs will be for his/her personal account. Member may also ask for assistance of Avail.At contact details below:

  10. Points are valid for redemption until March 31, 2019 only. Unclaimed points after March 31 will be forfeited.
  11. Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  12. Awarded points are final and cannot be contested by the member. Member does not have an option to add points for the duration of this program.
  13. All redemption transactions are considered final.
  14. The Program duration may be changed at any time.
  15. PLGIC Management reserves the right to change or revise the Program mechanics at any time.

THE COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF (CBTL) CORPORATE SWIRL CARD


  1. Recipient will be able to use the card for promotions exclusive to PLGIC. More details can be found in the individual card to be released by HR.
  2. Recipient can use the card to earn points which can be used to purchase items from CBTL. Terms & conditions apply.
  3. Qualified employees (those with 52 points) may claim their cards from HR during office hours starting January 15-31 only.

RAFFLE MECHANICS


  1. All members are eligible to participate.
  2. For as low as 1 point, member will have a chance to win a CBTL Corporate Swirl Card.
  3. 1 point = 1 raffle entry.
  4. Members may purchase raffle entries from January 15-29.
  5. An employee may only win once.
  6. Ten (10) winners will be drawn on January 30.
